Returns & exchanges.

Every ADREAM Creations product is made to order specifically for you once your order is placed. That changes how returns work — please read this carefully before you check out.

Because each piece is produced after you order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. Review sizing and product details carefully before checkout.

№ 01

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@adreamcreations.com with the following:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A description of the issue.
  3. Clear photos showing the problem.

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Because our products are fulfilled through a third-party production partner, resolution times may vary depending on the nature of the claim.

Non-returnable items.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Made-to-order apparel
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products damaged through normal wear, improper washing, or misuse

Size exchanges.

We do not offer size exchanges at this time because all items are produced on demand.

Please review sizing information carefully before ordering. Each product page includes a detailed size guide — and if you're between sizes or unsure, we'd rather you write to us before you check out than after.

Order cancellations.

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this, cancellations or modifications are only possible within a limited time after checkout.

If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible at info@adreamcreations.com — the sooner the better.

Shipping issues.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information entered during checkout.
